We’ll Figure Out
What You Need
Every woman’s path is different. I’ll help you find the right starting point, and I’ll be honest if I’m not the right fit.
Start Reclaiming
What’s Yours
With a clear path, realistic tools, and a coach in your corner, you can finally move forward on your terms.
Three Paths Forward
Designed to meet you where you are.
Capacity
Best for: When deconstruction has left you flooded or numb, and you need to find your footing before the deeper work begins.
- •A body-first process that maps your nervous system: where you spin, where you go numb, and where you feel most like yourself
- •A personal toolkit of calming practices you can reach for when deconstruction leaves you overwhelmed or shut down
- •An understanding of why losing your faith framework narrows what you can hold, and why that’s biology, not a personal failing
- •Your own Capacity Map: your states in your words, your tools, and a simple practice for good days and hard ones
Direction
Best for: When you’re ready to separate who you were told to be from who you actually are.
- •A body-first process that starts with your nervous system, not a worksheet
- •Separate inherited beliefs from what’s actually yours: religious programming, purity culture, family roles, and cultural “shoulds”
- •Walk away with your personalized Direction Map and Direction Statements: a living compass, not a fixed life purpose
- •Space to grieve what you’ve lost and navigate the relationships that shift when you start to change
Practice
Best for: When you’re ready to build a creative life that’s actually yours, not the one you were handed.
- •A 12-week creative coaching arc built for women who are creating through real life, not ideal conditions
- •Name and dismantle the creative blocks that came from religion, family systems, and the inner critic they left behind
- •Build your safe world, your three-tier creative schedule, and a restart protocol for when things fall apart
- •Three phases (Roots, Soil, Fruit) from creative recovery to a finished project with real timelines
All sessions are remote via Zoom. Payment plans available for packages.
Returning clients: Follow-up sessions available at $295/session.
Your Questions, Answered
Coaching focuses on your current patterns and future goals, while therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, often by working with past experiences and trauma.
I’m a certified life coach, not a therapist, and I don’t diagnose or treat mental health issues. If it seems like therapy would serve you better, I can help you find a therapist or share resources to support you in that process. Whether we do coaching alongside therapy is decided on a case-by-case basis. Some people benefit from both at the same time, and others need a season of therapy on its own before coaching is appropriate.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and take place on Zoom. Zoom is free; you can sign up for an account here. You don’t need a paid Zoom plan to join. I’ll email you the meeting link before your session, and clicking it brings you straight into our room. If you’ve never used Zoom before, reach out and I’ll happily help you get set up beforehand.
See the Capacity Package, Direction Package, and Practice Package for more information on what you can expect in each session.
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t show up for your session, your card will be charged for the full session. For prepaid coaching packages, a late cancellation or no-show will count as one of your package sessions.
When you book, I reserve the time exclusively for you. With less than 24 hours’ notice, it’s usually not possible for me to offer that spot to someone else, which is why the full fee still applies. Thank you for understanding.
I know life happens, and sometimes things run long. I want you to get the most out of coaching, so we really do need as much of our scheduled time as possible.
I’ll stay on Zoom for the first 15 minutes of your session. If you arrive within that window, we’ll still meet, though the session will end at the originally scheduled time.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late and I haven’t heard from you, I’ll consider it a no-show. In that case, your card will be charged for the full session (or, for prepaid packages, the session will count as one of your package sessions).
When you book, I reserve that time exclusively for you, and it’s usually not possible to offer it to someone else on short notice. Thank you for understanding.
No worries! with me and we can figure it out together.
