Reclaim. Rebuild. Create.
You're not broken.
Religion told you who to be.
Now you get to decide.
I help thoughtful, artistic, often neurodivergent women rebuild their creative lives after high-control religion. You don't have to do it alone.

Maybe you’ve felt like this...
Creativity calls to you, but every time you reach for it, the old programming plays — who do you think you are?
•You’ve spent years organizing your life around what the system told you was right, and now you’re not sure which voice is yours.
•You second-guess every decision because trust was something you were taught to place outside yourself — never within.
•Your body has been sending you messages for years, but you learned to override them — because wanting things for yourself was selfish, and your body couldn’t be trusted.
It doesn’t have to stay this way.
What Becomes Possible
We identify the religious programming, inherited beliefs, and old scripts that are no longer yours to carry—and you learn to hear and trust your own voice.
We uncover the you that the programming buried—the one who wants, creates, and knows the way—and we build the rituals, rhythms, and practices that let her breathe.
With the old programming turned down, you start living and creating from the center of who you’ve always been. Your direction, your art, your life—now free to move.
This isn’t a “fix.” It’s a homecoming.

I’ve been where you are.
I was raised in high-control, evangelical, fundamentalist Christianity. I spent years following the rules, shaming myself into feeling differently, and bending myself into the shape of a Good Christian Girl™. When that didn’t work, I faked it. I didn’t know the toll that years of patriarchy, body shame, and performing could take—beliefs that led to creative paralysis, exhaustion, and burnout.
I’ve been deconstructing for twenty years. In that time, I’ve learned my body is a friend and a source of wisdom. I’ve started untangling the programming at the root of my self-hatred. And now that I’m no longer concerned with merely surviving, I’m free to create—to let curiosity lead and to make mistakes without my self-worth hanging in the balance.
Religious trauma isn’t something I understand only on paper. I feel it—in my body, my nervous system, my emotional memory. I lived it.
I’m a Certified Life Coach and Master NLP Practitioner with training in Internal Family Systems, the Enneagram, and nervous system-aware coaching.

The programming doesn’t leave when you do.
Leaving high-control religion is the first act of courage—but without addressing the programming, it still shapes your decisions, your creativity, your relationship with your own body—like a well-worn path you’ve been walking your whole life.
I help women identify their own voices from the drone of the programming so they can finally choose their own path—their desires, their agency, their creative energy. Coaching that’s body-first and trauma-aware, with someone who gets it because I’ve lived it.
